From Petke-Blau Productions, Exile: Children of the Wasteland (2014) is a microbudget sci-fi horror film co-directed by Sean Blau and Adam Petke. Set in the isolated desert town of Sunderland, the story follows a generation of children raised under the rule of an extraterrestrial being known as The Angel. As the adults are transformed into mindless drones, the youth must choose between conforming to the Angel’s teachings or facing exile into the wasteland. Starring Fabianna Borghese, Jessica Reed Brice, Jonathan Brophy, and Dylan O’Brien, this DVD delivers a surreal, unsettling vision of rebellion, identity, and survival in a world where obedience is evolution.
